Four Chipinge men are on the run after they allegedly killed
a teenager for peeping at their wives while they were bathing in a nearby
river.
Manicaland police spokesperson Inspector Enock Chishiri said the quartet allegedly caught Gwemha peeping at their bathing wives at Rusitu River at around 6pm on July 7. They then allegedly assaulted him.
Insp Chishiri said the teenager later fled and told a friend about the assault. He did not, however, seek medical treatment or make a police report. It is understood his condition deteriorated last Wednesday and was later found dead in his bedroom.
Insp Chishiri appealed to those with information regarding the whereabouts of the murder suspects to contact police.
